Sunbound notifies all residents and families via email as soon as they have a new balance and once their payment is processing. Through those emails, it will identify if you have signed up for Auto-pay or your bill is due and you need to make a payment manually!
Enrolled in Auto-pay?
If you are on Auto-pay, payment will be collected on your community's designated Auto-pay date. To ensure payment is completed on the designated date, Auto-pay transactions begin processing the business day before, however they are not deducted until your designated autopay date.
We encourage you to review your statement as soon as you receive an Auto-pay reminder via email and ensure your account is set up for a payment on the 1st.
Making manual payments?
If you are manually initiating payments, the transaction will begin processing as soon as you submit it. Please note; depending on your bank it may take 1-2 business days for you to see funds leaving the account.
