Sunbound notifies all residents and families via email as soon as they have a new balance and once their payment is processing. Through those emails, it will identify if you have signed up for Auto-pay or your bill is due and you need to make a payment manually!
Enrolled in Auto-pay?
If you are on Auto-pay, payment will be collected on your community's designated Auto-pay date. To ensure payment is completed on the designated date, Auto-pay transactions begin processing the business day before, however they are not deducted until the 1st.
We encourage you to review your statement as soon as you receive an Auto-pay reminder via email and ensure your account is set up for a payment on the 1st.
Making manual payments?
If you are manually initiating payments, the transaction will begin processing as soon as you submit it. Please note; depending on your bank it may take 1-2 business days for you to see funds leaving the account.
Enrolled in Pay Over Time?
Payment will be collected when you submit a payment manually or on the date that you select for auto-pay. For more information on Pay Over Time, check here.
