Your welcome email comes from Sunbound and contains a link to create your password and sign in for the first time.
Check your spam or junk folder, and search your inbox for "Sunbound". Our emails may come from either a @sunboundhomes.com or a @sunbound.ai address. Both are genuinely from us.
The invitation goes to the email address your community gave us. If you use a different address, that is usually why it did not arrive.
If you already have an account and only need a new password, go to https://login.sunboundhomes.com/login and select "Forgot your password?"
If none of that helps, email us at help@sunbound.ai with the resident's name, the community, and the address you would like the invitation sent to, and we will resend it.
