Your welcome email comes from Sunbound and contains a link to create your password and sign in for the first time.
Check your spam or junk folder, and search your inbox for "Sunbound". The email should come from notification@sunbound.ai.
The invitation goes to the email address your community gave us. If you use a different address, that is usually why it did not arrive.
If you already have an account and only need a new password, go to https://login.sunboundhomes.com/ and select "Forgot your password?"
