Sunbound accepts 2 forms of payment.
-
ACH: ACH stands for Automated Clearing House which is the name of the electronic payment network that facilitates transfers of funds between bank accounts. This does not mean that the payments will be sent out automatically. You will still have the option to pay manually on your dashboard or through automatic payments. To learn more about turning on or off Auto-pay, click here.
- Credit and Debit Card: All Credit and Debit cards do have a 3% fee for the balance. ACH payments do not have any fees of any kind.
I normally pay by check. Can I still use Sunbound?
Yes! Instead of paying via check, you can set up ACH with the option to pay manually by going to your online dashboard every month or by turning on auto-pay. To learn how to use your check to set up your account, click here.
What does this mean for Medicaid and Long Term Care?
Any current processes with Medicaid billing and Long Term Care (LTC) insurance will not change. If your community handles sending in LTC forms, they will continue to do so.
I use multiple payment methods, can I do this by Sunbound?
Of course! To learn how to set up and pay using multiple bank accounts, click here.
We have more than one person responsible for payments, can we get set up on Sunbound?
Yes! We understand there is a need for multiple family members to easily assist with their loved ones monthly payments. Sunbound offers the ability for multiple payors to have access to the monthly statements and make payments towards the bill. Click here to learn more about setting up multiple payors.
At this time Sunbound does not accept: physical checks, cash, or wired funds through bank bill pay. If you have questions about another payment method, please send us an email at help@sunboundhomes.com and we can further discuss ways to get you set up on Sunbound.
