To avoid a late fee, please ensure your payment is submitted through Sunbound by the 10th of the month. Partial payments or payments made after the 10th may be subject to late fees by your community.
If you believe you'll need more time to make your payment, we encourage you to explore our Pay-Over-Time program which would give you flexibility until the 25th of the month.
If you believe a late fee was applied in error, please reach out to our support team or community and we will work together to have it resolved.
