Move-out balances are calculated by the community after move-out. All final charges and credits will be reflected in your monthly statement for the month after you or your family member has left.
There are a few common reasons why you may receive bills after leaving the community:
- Community Processing Delay: The community may not have updated the move-out status and balance yet. Please reach out to your community or our team to inform them of the move-out and request an updated statement.
- Move-Out Cleaning Fees: Charges related to cleaning may be added to your balance after the move-out.
- Notice Periods or Bed Holds: If there is a required notice period or a bed hold, you may continue to be billed beyond your move-out date.
