Yes, you can continue to use Sunbound as long as you have no outstanding balance at the end of the month.
Sunbound understands there are situations where residents and families get behind on their payments. Below is the process Sunbound takes and how you can resolve your payment issues:
- If there is a balance left on your Sunbound account after the 25th at 9pm EST of the month, your account would be considered suspended from Sunbound
- Suspended means that you still owe Sunbound
- Suspended means that your balance is still active, but Sunbound will not be making the next rent payment on your behalf
- This means it is up to you to pay your own bill on the 1st of the month
- The account will remain in a suspended status until the overdue balance is paid off
- If the balance is not paid off the account will be charged off and sent to collections which could negatively impact your credit score

Once your past due balance has been resolved, you will automatically be re-enrolled to the program and Sunbound will begin paying your rent again
