You can manage your payment preferences, including check, on your Sunbound portal under "My Accounts". If you cannot find this and prefer to pay via check, please let us know at help@sunboundhomes.com. Please let us know in your email the following:
- Your name
- Your loved one's name (if you are the one paying for a loved one's care)
- The name of the senior living community or home care operator
Sunbound accepts checks, however you may be subject to additional fees and different notice and repayment deadlines within the month.
